Shipping Policy:
Products are made, shipped and handled by hand. We aim for perfection and efficiency when creating and shipping all our products. Due to COVID-19, all orders require 5 -14 Business days, Monday - Friday, processing times before shipping. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail and provided a tracking number.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates vary depending on carrier chosen during check out.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcel:
Once parcel leave our facility, we are no longer responsible for transit. If your package has been confirmed via UPS or USPS delivered but you did not receive package, you must file a claim with USPS or UPS. Click the link below to start the process of your claim.

Once you file a claim with UPS or USPS the driver on the route will investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to an incorrect address.
Once your claim is filed please send us an email with your order number and claim number via email service@zariasulia.com
If you decide to file a claim via Paypal, your tracking number is automatically uploaded which will confirm your package as delivered. In rare circumstances, we may issue a store credit if carrier claim tracking results determine the package was lost during transit and not for any packages confirmed delivered on mailbox/porch/reception etc.
Returned Parcel:
If your parcel is returned to us, you will be notified via email. Depending on the condition of the product we may offer reshipment or one of the following options:
- Refund your order total, less shipping cost
- Schedule to reship your order with additional shipping cost
If your parcel is returned to sender due to an insufficient address or for any reason, you will be issued a store credit less shipping costs, once confirmed that Zaria Sulia Beauty has received the product.
We recommend to have packages shipped to a work address to avoid the inconvenience of lost or stolen packages.
